Escape by Belle Ami is an interesting book to read, the romance part between Cyrus and Leyla and their escape makes it more interesting. But how they evade their many pursuers from Tehran is exciting. The novel is fast paced thriller with adult scenes and may be suitable for mature readers. Kudos for the great review.

I read the sample of this book on Amazon and though I am not really one for thrillers, and over the years romance novels have become predictable and boring, I must say that what I like about this book is the simplicity of it, especially at the beginning. This book had the ability to portray the importance of what it wants to portray without being over bearing, I also like the characteristics of the characters, the male lead for example, even though he has a dark past he is not being overwhelmed or being dragged down by it, nor does the female lead seems like a person who would just sit and wait for someone to come along and rescue her, which in all makes this book a refreshing read.
