A romantic novel to read over the weekend is an excellent Idea and "Behind the Door" seems to be a perfect choice. Congrats on being the BOTD.. :)

Enticing review! I'm a romance and mystery junkie. The combination of sexual passion and intelligent thriller has me adding this novel to my want to read list!

I usually don't read books like this one so I'll pass on this book. I like that the characters are well developed and that the plot was interesting. Great job on the review!

This sounds like a great mystery, but I'm just not a reader of books containing erotica, no matter how good are the other elements of the book. I do thank you though for your insightful review.

Just the kind of review for a romantic thriller: each reader would have to draw their own conclusions. Excellent!!

Wow! This is definitely not the typical erotica romance novel. I love a good mystery and thriller novel. This sounds like a really unique and intriguing read. I really enjoyed reading your review of this book.

I have read both of the author books in March of 2017. Her books address child abuse, sexual abuse, healing from abuse, drug abuse, and so much more.

I delayed this review for both of her books are personal to me. I still not ready to share my story. I apologized. I just say in my past I danced with the Grin Reaper so many times, we became bedt friends and I meet his family. Life could be worst.

I am putting this review for both of her books. Again, too personal to get into. If you been through this and things like it, read this book. Again, it help the healing. Especially if you have nightmares still like me.

You've certainly sold it to me with this review. The fact that it's a mystery as well but with a slightly different backdrop sounds great. Wonderful revw

Thank you for the review. It can be frustrating at times to be enjoying a great scene (especially a sex scene) and then have it interrupted by someone else's thought. Glad you didn't mark it off for that though.

Wow, thank you for sharing this much, even if you could not share a full review! I'm glad to know that the books helped you in some way. :D
It's great that you liked them enough to recommend them, despite your traumatizing past.

Romances are my "chill out" genre. Based on the sample and the review, this one seems a bit too intense for me. Thanks for the review.

Great review. I'm actually kind of interested in reading this book. I love murder mysteries and throw in the fact that it has a twist of possibly taboo romance is intriguing.
