I do not like the typical romance book; however I do like books with a good storyline and love incorporated into it. I just do not like the typical sappy romance novel. The review you gave makes me want to give this book a try because as you stated it is not your typical romance novel, but a novel of a women finding herself and finding love. Generally a lack of much detail would dissuade me from a book, but to know it could be done well is something I'd love to see. To bring characters truly to life without a lot of elaboration on each is quite an accomplishment. What I love above all in a book is the ability to connect with the characters (whatever that connection may be) and flat characters can ruin a wonderful plot. This sounds like the kind of story that anyone can relate to, overcoming heartbreak and the struggles of life, to finding oneself. I always have a big focus on overcoming obstacles, learning from mistakes, and growing into the person I feel I am inside, so this sounds like just the sort of book that I would enjoy!

Good Review. A story about learning about yourself is always a surprising road. Seeing that it is short and not too detailed, I would assume the lessons play a huge part in the story.
