Interesting, but I have trouble when I can't like a main character.

This definitely sounds like a soap opera storyline with lots of drama. Great job on the review!

Thanks for the review. It is refreshing that the plot is familiar. The writing makes the difference in this book that draws me to finish reading. Great review.

I feel like we all know or have met someone at one time or another who is similar to Grace. Today's BOTD sounds like an enjoyable, quick read in which we can all relate (to at least one of the characters, anyway). I have added it to my WTR list!! Thank you for your review, and, to the author, congrats on being chosen for BOTD! :-)

I enjoyed it,to me this story is about what could happen in life, and who hasn't got a friend or knows someone that something like this has happened to them, but this is my opinion of this book and i enjoyed it.

I agree that the story is very well written and I'm sorry to hear the story line is broken up.

I cannot wait t read High Hopes because I love a setting in Europe just fine. I love the operation throughout the book. I also loved that the review was not a spoiler, as I assume not do so wither. This is a four star must read.

I love a good romance novel but I don’t like a cheesy one. Your comment about it sounding a bit like a soap opera gives me pause. But otherwise it sounds really good and I may have to give it a shot! Thanks for a thorough review.

You have analyzed this book correctly. Your description is exactly how I read this book, but I read it on a lazy Sunday afternoonn.

I enjoyed your review. I have to agree with your description of the main character, but because she reminds me of my friend, I felt drawn to her.
