Michael and Emma star in this romance novel. They both carry a baggage of past traumas. Will these traumas bring them closer or pull them apart? I'm curious to know.

Mike and Emma's story seems to relate to quite many individuals whose traumatic experiences could be similar. The author does well in ensuring that the storyline explicitly connects with the reader's feelings. Thanks for the well-done review.

I’m often a sucker for a story in which characters who have suffered through trauma bond in some way, including falling in love. I’m still a little hesitant with this book because I’m not really in the mood for a romance novel, but if the characters truly are well-developed and if it seems that most major cliches are avoided, I might take a look. Thank you for the helpful review.

The book features two lead characters who underwent traumatic events in their lives. Readers will marvel at the author's storytelling as he revives the lost souls and unites them with colorful romance.

This was a well-arranged book coupled with the fact that Emma and Michael's life was traced to their younger days down to their adult years. Good book.

It's a wonderful review, of two characters that had traumatic experiences early on in life. But I particularly like the fact that they had contrasting life styles, very much polarised to the point that it will be quite interesting to see how their romance ends and the road to self discovery.
