I’m often a sucker for a story in which characters who have suffered through trauma bond in some way, including falling in love. I’m still a little hesitant with this book because I’m not really in the mood for a romance novel, but if the characters truly are well-developed and if it seems that most major cliches are avoided, I might take a look. It's a wonderful review, of two characters that had traumatic experiences early on in life. But I particularly like the fact that they had contrasting life styles, very much polarised to the point that it will be quite interesting to see how their romance ends and the road to self discovery.
