Savannah is an American that is married and lives with her husband Johnny in Australia. She works in a call center and hates her job. She also worries that her marriage is losing its spice. She would do anything for her marriage. She has always wanted to travel to Thailand. Maybe someday she will get the chance.

Johnny is successful. He is driven. He is a man that puts others first. He is always helping his mom or co-workers with things, but he tends to forget his wife’s needs. His marriage needs help, but he will not admit it to himself.

Savannah has an idea to take a vacation to Thailand. She wants to get away and spend quality time with Johnny. In the end, Johnny agrees to take the vacation. Johnny has a hard time disconnecting from his normal life. Savannah tries a few ideas that were supposed to help spice things up between them. The ideas didn’t really work, but what they did do was open a door to a new idea. All Savannah had to do was decide if she wanted to walk through that door and maybe fulfill a fantasy as well.

Lost and Love: Thailand (Book One of the Lost and Love Series) by Stella Knights was a novel full of love, heart ache, and fulfilling of fantasies. Each character was unique and helped to decide the fate of Savannah’s and Johnny’s marriage. I did enjoy that this was not a happy ever after love story. There is still hope that Savannah will find happiness and the author does make you want to read the next book to see what Savannah decides.

I did enjoy the book overall. There were no errors worth mentioning. I did find that the story had a wonderful flow. The characters were easy to get to know and relate to. The troubles that this couple was having were like problems that many couples deal with. How do you spice up a marriage without changing it? Is it too good to be true? Can fantasies really come true? Can everything still is okay in the end? I wanted the couple to find their way. I wanted them to have the happy ever after, as well as the spice. The book has love, drama, fantasies fulfilled, heartache, tears, and hard decisions to be made. I decided to give this book a rating of 4 out of 4 stars. The book was well written and pulled me in quickly. I wanted to be with Savannah and Johnny on this journey.

I would recommend this book to romantics that like spice. There is some language and sexual content. If you like romance, love, fun, fantasy, heartache, and tears then you will like this book. I would say that this book fits adults. I would not suggest it for teens because of the sexual content.
