I also read, enjoyed, and was inspired in some capacity by On Writing. I have been writing for a while and had been when I started it, but when someone asks me where they should go if they need advice or are confused about writing, I send them to that book (along with others of course). It's like getting a big long pep talk about the rewards of writing, if that is what you're into.

I read everything he wrote for a while, but in about 1995 I got bored with him. So I'd recommend some of the earlier ones, Salem's Lot, Christine, Firestarter, also the collection called the Bachman Books and the first two short story collections.fhs456 wrote:Any King Readers out there?
