I would name Jeffery Deaver, but his work is starting to become formulaic.

I love the theater so I might be impartial.

I'm also a big fan of David Baldacci. Yes, I've read all the Camel Club, John Puller, Will Robie and (love, love, love) King & Maxwell books. They're quick reads and I enjoy the conspiracy genre. I also enjoyed Absolute Power and Total Control. The one that caught me off guard though, and made me into a fan was One Summer - it had me crying by the end of the first chapter.

Totally agree with GRRM! He delivers such rich novels, I'm always left satisfied.pinefamily wrote: ↑11 Feb 2018, 17:05 Arthur Conan Doyle, Tolkien, Joseph Conrad, Colin Dexter, Val McDermid, Bernard Cornwell, George RR Martin.

"FINALLY! a fan of murakami! I've been finding forever for people to discuss his stuff with. Mine was 100% perfect girl. After that, Kafka on the shore. His books are so amazing. Hope we cn discuss more and chat about his works if you don't mind "GabbiV wrote: ↑11 Mar 2018, 20:45I'm so glad you said Haruki Murakami, I love his stuff! 1Q84 was amazing and was my entry book into his stuff.
