It may just be because I identify more with the younger crowd, but I'd go with John Green. Quirkiness is appealing to me, where serious romance isn't really my thing.

Well, because of a Walk to Remember, I'm going with Sparks. I've read more of his books than John Greene's. But John Greene, the way he writes words, is something else. Ooh, I don't know.

Definitely John Green, for me. I loved The Fault in Our Stars and Looking for Alaska. I recently finished Turtles All The Way Down and it was amazing. I have only read The Notebook, by Nicholas Spark, and I most certainly won't read his books ever because they are just not for me. I'm not so much into romance genre so I don't really enjoy cheesy and cliched love stories but John Green's stories are almost realistic, funny and relatable. Probably, that's the reason I prefer John Green over Nicholas Sparks.

I couldn't get into the Nicholas Sparks books I've tried to read, but could read John Green on repeat.

John Green has a way with words that make readers feel things. I like his books and want to read more. The stories themself are not groundbreaking amazing but the way they are written makes them spectacular.

I've never read anything by Nicholas Sparks so I'll have to get back to you on this one but I did enjoy Paper Towns and Let It Snow.

I like John Greene’s style better but Nicholas Sparks books are like a guilty pleasure of mine so I think they are both pretty great.

I haven't had the chance to read John Green novels, but seen both movies, but I have read three of Nicholas sparks book such as The notebook, the wedding, save heaven. Moreover, I have seen every single movie from the longest ride, a walk to remember, the lucky one, remember me, the notebook , and so on. I have to pick Nocolas Spark and hopefully o can get started with John Green books or novels

I haven't read any Nicholas Sparks books, but I've seen some good comments about him so I might pick up a book. Personally I love John Green. He seems to really know how to embody teens.
