Charles Bukowski, his writing never fails to amaze me. He is a mad man, but the words he managed to put down onto paper are words that have resonated with me throughout my life.
Seeing Bukowski in his prime: drinking alcohol would just be the icing on the cake.

Louisa May Alcott ❤️
It would be incredible to talk to her.
19th century's amazing author and a 21st century reader sipping beer and discussing the current world would be super interesting!!!
Also, the way she writes is so beautiful. So getting to even ask her about her writing process would be great!!

John Green appears to be a very funny and free writer. In his writing, you can see he is full of character and loves what he does.

Fred G. Baker. He is an amazing story teller. His powerful imagination and the way he describes events while keeping them concise is genius! I sure would love link up for some chatty chatty.

This is going to sound really weird, but I would probably want to have a beer/lunch with Erik Larson or Ibram X Kendi. I am a huge history and sociology nerd so I love their books. I think the study of human history, behavior, or society is fascinating and I think those two would have a lot to say about it. They write with so much information and nuance, I would love to sit down and talk to them in person. I anyone has any similar authors who write about similar things, I would love to hear those too!

I would love to have a beer with Douglas Adams. I was captivated by his book, “Last Chance to See.” I think he would have some amazing stories from his many travels! He just seems like he was a very interesting guy. I also love that he had such an interest in conservation and the environment.

A beer: probably Kurt Vonnegut. He seemed like such an interesting guy based on his writing. Tolstoy: not sure what kind of beer. Vonnegut would have been a light beer guy I think, if he often drank beer, but I think he could have certainly appreciated a good darker beer.
