I want to have a smoothie with Jay Asher and talk about his Netflix series and his new graphic novel.

Sophia de Mello Breyner, a Portuguese poetess (even though she had already passed away and I don’t think she would drink a beer), Madeline Hunter or Sylvain Reynard. So many questions…

I could probably name several more but off the top of my head I would have to say Nalini Singh, Tamora Pierce, and Amy Lowell. The first two because of how intricate their stories are and Amy Lowell because I would love to learn from her about how to write poetry.

I do not drink, but I would if I could meet Ernest Hemingway. I would also love to have lunch with J.K. Rowling or Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. :)

Based on what I have read about her life and the posts I see her making on Twitter, I would choose J.K. Rowling. She seems very down to earth and extremely funny. I don't know if I would pick her brain for too long about Harry Potter, as I am sure she is a little tired of it.

Jennifer Donnelly. I am intrigued by the way she structures novels and would love to pick her brain about writing techniques.

Definitely Roald Dahl and Neil Gaiman. Sparks would be flying across the room when you put them in the same place. I absolutely adore all of their works.
