However, as I work in the children's section of a public library, much of my job entails reading to children and helping them find books. So lately, I have a lot more experience with picture books than chapter books, and I have to say, Bob Shea has become a favorite of my recently. His illustrations are so bright, and they really help to hold young readers' attention!
