The testament, the firm, pelican brief, the client. My, my, my what's there to argue? This man right here is one great writer. Plot Twister, it's like he knows just what to say to keep his readers minds interested and wanting more

John Grisham fills his books with too much "lawyereze" for me. I have never liked his books.

I always take a John Grisham book on holiday with me - the one I've just finished is 'The Rooster Bar'. You know exactly what you're going to get when you open one of his books. Indeed, one of the criticisms made of him is that he's basically writing the same book each time, with a few minor variations each time!

I really liked A Painted House. It's a bit of a departure from what you might expect from him, but really well done.

He is not one of my favorite authors, but I can't deny he is skilled in his genre.

My favorite so far is The Pelican Brief. Masterful!

He is good at what he does. I read 3 books of his now and some were better than others. I think some of the subject matters where closer to his heart than other's.

I read "The Firm" and enjoyed it, but I can say that as far as I remember that is the only one that I have read. I know that he writes many books, but I guess he is just not an author that I look at much.
