Glad it is book of the day. Decided to add it to my reading list for this week. Plus Scott gave it a heads up. The prize offer helps too.
I love the onlinebookclub.

A story revolving about an ex-con and the daughter of an executed man told from two points of view sounds interesting! A journey of self-discovery and a mystery sounds like a great mix. Adding religious undertones of Irish folklore enhances the story. Congratulations to the author on the positive review!

Great descriptive review! It's interesting to see another's point of view. This read wasn't for me, but I'm glad you enjoyed it! :)

I'm glad you loved the book. After reading the free sample, I've decided it's not for me. Regardless, this review gives me an idea of what I'm missing, and it sounds like it could be pretty exciting. I hope plenty of other readers who resonate better with the plot and characters enjoy it as much as this reviewer did.

The storyline seems interesting to me, however it doesn't seem exceptional. Will give it a try, I think.

This sounds like a very interesting and exciting book. I like how it isn't just one genre but many. I am excited to read it!

Thanks for the great review. It is amazing to think that someone would take the time to help clear a father's name to a daughter that never knew him. This is a truly amazing adventure!

I enjoyed reading your review as well as another member's review of this book. It's always interesting to get different opinions of the same story. I am intrigued by your mention of Irish folklore and that it's the kind of book that would affect each person differently. The fact that two reviewers had such divergent views of the story proves your point!

Congrats to the author on being showcased as the Book of the Day.
