why do i have to be verified each time i want to log in?

Post by Laceyadams »

i was unduly disqualified for a giveaway that i had applied for. i made a complaint and received a mail that my account must have been duplicated. now each time i want to log in i have to be sent a verification link to click on before i can log in. it happens every time. this is very tiring and has put me off onlinebookclub for a while now. is this the solution to the giveaway disqualification? by putting me through unnecessary stress? please make the necessary corrections. thank you.

There is no connection between the disqualification and the verification. First, you don't have to logout every time you leave the site. Second, you may were asked to verified the account due to its flagging as a duplicate, but it shouldn't be that often. Please check this thread: Email Verification Help.

Personally, I stay logged in to avoid the trouble. You could try that too!
