By joining the kindle unlimited program. Only USA citizens can join it, though.

If you have access to Kindle Unlimited, they offer a free 30 day trial, after that I think it's $9.99 a month. If you aren't in the US, as Gali said, you wont' be able to subscribe. If you are seeing review books on your select tab that are KU and you aren't subscribing, you need to go to your review team preferences tab and indicate you don't have access to KU books.

I highly recommend KU if you can get it though. It really gives you access to a lot of the books you see on OBC. It's great especially if you read a lot and would spend more than $10 a month buying books.

I'm a member of KU and really like it. It has a huge selection of books!
