Problems re-adding my Twitter account after the server change

I have experienced problems while trying to re-add my Twitter account after the server change. I re-tweeted and commented for the BOTD giveaway, but the system asked me to re-add my social accounts. Everything went fine with my other social accounts apart from Twitter. I received the following message:
