Is it just me that didn't receive the botd daily mail?

I didn’t either and I know of one other who didn’t, yet there are people with 8 points, so a proportion of the users must have got it.
This is just a theory, but what the three of us have in common so far is that the we are outside the US. Maybe some international email glitch?
