I would love to see a feature where I can click on the book cover photo in the review and be able to add the book to my bookshelves. Maybe it should link to the bookshelf entry and allow people to look at the bookshelf information before adding it.

There is such a link at the button of the review.

And so there is. I don’t know why I kept missing it. I’ve been clicking on the book image, expecting it to do something and getting frustrated when it didn’t link to anything. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

From a human-computer interaction standpoint, it still might be worth considering linking the image over to the bookshelves or something. Internet convention has generally trained people to click on images and pictures in the last few years, especially with all of the social links in that same location.

Also, I completely understand if this is not the direction the development team wants to take. As both a human-computer interaction specialist and a web developer in a former life, I understand that may not be consistent with the vision and end goals.
