Definitely easier to format correctly on a regular computer.

I have looked at the explanation above for italics and bold print. I don't see a code to use. I have tried using Control and Alt and tried hitting together or . Nothing is working. I have a Chromebook, I don't know if that matters, but I can't figure it out. I'm trying to italicize the title of the book in the sentence below.

Just completed reading Cynthia and Dan: Cyber Wars by Dorothy May Mercer.

Any help you can give to guide me through this process is greatly appreciated.

Ug. First timer here. Nothing I try is working. Regular text, bold text regular text. Please help!

So I have been searching the internet and watched a video that showed exactly what I did above, but it didn't show up until he clicked "preview." Also, he used <b> for bold </b> and <i> for italic </i>. Honestly, the fact that there are over 40 pages in thread indicates to me that this is not a simple as it looks--and it looks pretty simple. I am using all of my writing time trying to figure out this stuff. Beyond frustrated!

I do NOT understand why it just worked for me--unless I do not see it until it is posted?
