Account Swap

Post by eelavahs-jay »

Hello, I'm a member of the RT who was on mobile and sort of accidentally swapped my account over to that of an "author" by sitting on my phone. Is there any way to reverse this?

I figured it out. Thank you. I've fixed the issue :) I have another concern but I'm afraid this forum isn't the appropriate place to raise it.

For others who may end up having this issue, this can be resolved using the website's main contact form.

Hi!

I have two different accounts because I didn't know the first would go through and then I saw it was active. I have posted two reviews on the first one and then I had no time to complete the assignment and now I've been given another chance, but in the meantime I started using my first account and would now like to merge them both and transfer the reviews from the one I have to the new one and only keep that one and delete the one with published reviews. Is that viable?

Thanks for your answer.
