Unjustified Editor Score!

In my last review, I got 0 out of 30 points in the adhere to the guidelines section of the editor score.

In all of my reviews, I write the book title as well as the author's name in italics. In this review too, I did the same but the editor has mentioned in the comments that ONLY the book title should be in italics. And then he/she gave me a 0 in the adhere to guidelines section. There are no other comments for the low score.

The guidelines state that the book title should be in italics and doesn't say that we must NOT write the author's name in italics. In my other reviews as well I have written the author's name in italics and NO score deduction was done for the same. Hence, I think my editor score was unjustified.
