Adding to Review Question

I have a question about a review. I just discovered that I missed something very important in the ending of a book I reviewed, because it was not made clear by the author. I only realized this in response to the private blurb. Once my review is published, is it okay if I post a comment stating something about the nuances in the ending? Thanks!

Yes, you can as long as it isn't a spoiler.
