Receiving Multiple Emails

for the past two days i have been receiving 6 copies of the "Oh no, your carryover entries are going to be lost" emails. one is sufficient. ; )

Yeah on a similar note - is there any way to limit the amount of emails received per day? I'm currently receiving two or three on a daily basis, and it's too much. One email on that day's book makes sense, more than that quickly becomes kind of inconvenient.
