This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. My last review which has gotten published shows in the heading- Following is an official onlinebookclub.org review of ....... Shouldn't it be the instead of an?

From reading the sentence, it sounds like the word could be either "the" or "an." I think "an" is still accurate because there are sometimes other official reviews of the same book.
