Completion Ratio Penalty?

Completion Ratio Penalty?

I went to recheck my score and it says I have a 10-point penalty. I've never seen this before and it's brought me down to Level 0. For context, I've done 4 reviews, refused 2 (I really really didn't like them) and am currently reading another. Any suggestions?

Let's see what happens after you finish the one you are currently doing. That will probably bring the ratio up.

Percentages can get skewed a lot when dealing with small numbers.
