I have verified the e-mail. But I can not find the book I am suppose to review? I thought I downloaded it, but it is not on my tablet.

I've just received a notification saying that my email has been unverified. I haven't done anything different or changed my email. I tried resending the verification email, but I have not received it. I also checked my spam folder and the email is not there.

The same has happened to me, @Scott; I even sent myself an email from a different address, and that one came. Could it be the "update" to the web site? Updates always screw things up.

I have changed my email on OBC from yahoo.com to gmail.com. Stupid yahoo mail I didn't get verification email although I resend verification countless times.

It's been about 9 hours since I last requested a Verification and out of 5 requests, 1 finally came through and seems to have worked - not that the BotD has been posted yet - so hopefully everyone else having issues will be resolved soon, too.

@sumbolee Please try all the steps in the OP, and please make sure when replying in this topic to include what your email provider said about the issue when you contacted them.

Since the latest system update, I have been receiving email updates on a delayed basis - several hours later and sometimes the next day. This morning I can't do the BOTD giveaway because a message says my emails have bounced. Please help as my carryover entries are over 500 and I am very close to winning a gift card.
