Is it because i come from uganda? Both methods for email verification have faild, all emails sent to me keep bouncing back, i have clicked the resend button but nothing seems to be the solution,i cannot bear to give up, please help me

I have followed all of your instructions regarding Email Verification help, except changing my provider. I contacted my provider and they checked everything, including logging in to my computer and testing that all was working. They are not blocking any emails/ Can you see if the problem is at your end - I already have had 2 emails from you.

If you are unable to change your own email (via your user control panel), an admin will need to change it for you. Use the contact form to explain the situation and send the new email.

Hi, @Sue_K,

I have looked this up in the logs, and I am completely positive your email provider has been blocking the emails. I will PM you with the recent bounce message details sent by your email provider when they blocked an email we sent to you most recently.

Maybe my problem was trying it on my phone. I'll try on my computer in a little bit. If I still have a problem I'll an admin. Thank you for the help!
