Reviewing new books for authors

I am wondering if anyone can give me info on how to hook up with authors to review their books and get paid a minimal amount. I love to read just about any genre. I have reviewed for my granddaughters website a few times to help her out and I was an English teacher so I have experience in the grammatical and literary. Thank you to anyone who can help me get started.
