Hey guys does anyone know if we can change usernames? I created my account forever ago but I want to take reviews seriously and would like to change my username to something more like a real name without creating a new account. Any advise?

Only Admins can change usernames. No need (nor is it allowed) to open a new account. Just tell us the new name and I will change it for you.
