Twitter reward and paypal issue [resolved]

I noticed that my Twitter reward of $5 is being sent to my old PayPal account: [email protected]. For some reasons, PayPal placed a permanent limitation on that account, which the review team page platform also noticed when they were unable to send payment to the said PayPal. As a result of that, they requested I change my PayPal, which I did and changed it to [email protected], and I have been receiving payment from the review team page successfully. For some reason, which I don't know, I keep receiving this "$5.00 error payment" message in my old PayPal email, asking me to update my email to a working one. So I'm suspecting that this payment is actually for my Twitter reward because it has been due for a long time now. Please, is there any way you can help?

I guess you don't understand my complaint. A giant I have been trying to send mail to the administration but can't seem to do that through three contact botton. Any other means of reaching them?
