Problem: Kindle App won't open .mobi file (Solved)

If the format is amazon gift card, you did choose it when selecting the book . If you can't use this format, you need to quit the book via your Update tab. Please be more careful when selecting books and update your Preferences accordingly.

You should have confirmed the download only, not that you finished the book. One of the options should be that you don't want to finish the book. If you don't see it, you should submit an error report via the Update tab.

I've tried to download the appropriate aps to no avail. I've tried to answer the numerous emails but kept getting error reports to the link. I think my phone is just incapable of downloading Kindle.

What options do you have? Try to check it via a PC, if you are using a cell.

I downloaded the PDF file twice but it disappears immediately after minimizing, when I checked the download files folder the title of the book is there but it cannot open, it will then write "invalid format" because the file size is already 0 bytes.

You should submit an error report via your Update tab.

2. I received a message that notified me that the book did not download.

4. No, I've not done that before.
5. If there is another ebook reader that can be installed which is compatible with most smart phones, it will help. Thanks for your help.
