Problem: Kindle App won't open .mobi file (Solved)

Hi, I am unable to open this .mobi file on my Asus zenfone phone. I do not have a laptop or computer to transfer the files and open them in the books folder of the kindle app. If all your books are in this same format then, it would be a big problem for us, readers, to even go through even the initial stage of your whole process of the Review Team Process. I am sorry, to say I have to quit if you can't even provide a readable format for the readers to read. I have a kindle unlimited plan and am reading books daily.

You should report it or quit the book via your Update tab, NOT here. That is the only way to go about it.

The file is a mobi file and after I downloaded the file it will not open in the Kindle app on my ipad. Whenever I try I get an error message saying there isn't an application available to open the file. I even reinstalled the Kindle app.

Have you tried to open it on another device? Either way, you should report it via your Update tab, not here.

You can try to download it to your PC, but you need the kindle app to open MOBI files.
