Problem: Kindle App won't open .mobi file (Solved)

I think i have a serious problem with Amazon, i can download any book place on that platform be it kindle or kindle unlimited. thou i successful download kindle app on computer, but i still have problem using it with Amazon. Please i need help.

You should check your Update and History tabs for updates about the status of the book.

In that case you need to quit the book via your Update tab.

I'm posting here because I've exhausted all other options. My status update was on 28, but my update tab has no button saying "I haven't finished my book, need an extension".
Sending error report theoretically resets the update deadline, hence this post.

I cannot download a working copy of a book I just selected to review. I choose the PDF format.

The file is a mobile. Its in my downloads and I have kindle installed. It doesn't show in my kindle library and file manager wont ley need moved it there. It says I don't have an app to open it with. Should I delete and redownload? Previous mobi files went directly to kindle with no issue. I'm working with a Samsung Tab A
