But then don't u have to change the postal code and address too..

I tried to buy a book and couldn't..So tried changing the address to USA... Searched online for what I had to do.. installed VPN as was instructed -it connected to USA instantly- played around for two days trying to buy the book and then had to change my update to 'couldn't by the book.

Recently I've learned that in my country you cannot be paid through PayPal
