Having a retirement plan is very important. It's also important to save for the future and not spend all that you have and at the end of the day, be left with nothing.

While pension is good, it is not nearly enough to fund the plans I have for my retirement. Therefore, investing and having a career that brings income throughout is the way to go.

I have learnt that we are all different, and how we choose to deal with situations will always differ. But it will always be wise to plan for the unforseen future.

I have learned many lessons, one of which is the importance of planning every stage of one's life. I also discovered that how we shape the future in the present will have a significant impact on the quality of life people have in the future. This book has been a huge assistance to me.

One of the greatest lesson I learned from the book is to plan ahead our before our retirement age. And we do not need to view crisis as pain, instead to view it as an opportunity.

The book taught me to plan for our lives, pick the career we want, and enjoy life more by bringing out the beauty of a lifelong relationship with ourselves.

Retirement is something one should start planning immediately after starting to work. Its shocking to know the number of people who realize they don't have a plan when they are almost at the retirement age.

The greatest lesson I learned from this book is that most American will have to continue working past the retirement age in order to be properly provided for. I did not realize that retirement money was running out for individuals, but knowing this makes me want to seriously plan for my future.

Start planning ahead! That’s was the biggest takeaway. It’s kind of getting tougher to beat the inflation, so one must start preparing as early as they can for a comfortable retirement!

One of the things I learned from this book is that Reconfigurement planning can be done at any age. So I don't have to wait until I'm close to retirement before I start my Reconfigurement plan.

I think I learnt that while retirement is scary, it is definitely not the end of the world. There's nothing to be scared of, you just have to be well-informed and prepared.
