Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

I'm new here and it's my first review, I would really like to know if I can get the book I need to review in another format or change the book. I'm stuck and I need assistance. Thank you.

Once chosen, the format cannot be changed. You can quit the book via your Review Team page, though you may have to mark it as successfully downloaded to get that option.

Please make sure your preferences correctly reflect the formats that work for you.

You can try to read it on your PC. If you can't, you will have to quit the book.

4. I first identified the book, by clicking on the book it took me to Amazon, then by clicking on the dwonload button, it downloaded onto the Kindle App installed on the device.
5. The process requires one to pay. The Kindle unlimited is not free.
6. I stopped when I got the message that I am required to pay a monthly subscription, can I get the book in a different format?

Hi Scott,
Sorry it took me over a day to update you regarding downloading, i couldn’t download the epub copy of McDowell, tried to follow the given steps but I can’t install the Nook App on my iPhone or iPad. I’m always using Kindle when it comes to acquiring the books but now i only got a sample copy from Amazon via Kindle! Can i go back to step one and choose Mobi instead, so that i can access the book from Kindle? Thank you so much for your help!

Not able to open the book.
I am trying to open the book but not able.

1, I do not have epub installed in my machine, I use pdf.

I am using smart phone but will also try to open with laptop which might be easier to download the software.

4. When I tried to open the file directly from the place it was downloaded. But then I read the tips in this post and tried moving the file to the kindle folder on my PC itself. It still didn't work. Then I downloaded it again and moved it by using my SD card in my computer. I could finally access it in the Amazon Kindle app then..

You need to join the KU program for that and only USA citizens can join it. If you can't join the KU, you need to quit the book via your Update tab.
