Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

How can i change it from mobi to pdf or epub qnd try another type of file?

4. I tried to download an all ebook reader but i still can't find the file no matter how many times i downloaded it, i can't find it to move it to kindle, and I've tried to download it on my laptop but i couldn't move it to kindle to read on my phone.

You should either report it via the 'other error' option on the update tab or quit the book via that tab.

When I select the "other error" option I am asked "what is wrong wrong witht the book?". The assumption made is that I tried buying the book and the error is with the format or something to do with the book.

You need to confirm that you got the book to get the quit option. The only way to quit the book is by the two ways I listed.

Please try to download it to your PC, and then move it to your device. Your iPhone may not have enough memory to download it.
