Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

4. I knew the ePub file could be read on the nook app so I downloaded the file, but it downloaded as php file. I’m not sure why that happened or what supports php files. I downloaded the nook app as soon as I downloaded the file. But it did not work. I got back an error message when I tried to send it. So I tried to do it through my kindle app also with no success because it was incompatible. I downloaded the barns and noble app and tried to send it to my email to see if it would change but nothing helped. I deleted it and tried redownloading it several times.
5. It goes wrong as soon as I try to open the file in any way on any app.
6. Error. The following files failed to side load: download.php. (Nook App)
Incompatible document type. The document you tried to send is not of a compatible format. (Kindle App)
7. I did read and try the “Top Tips” at the beginning of this post. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or if something is wrong with the file itself.

You need the Nook app reader to read the file.You can try to convert it to PDF via the free Calibre APP. it may work on your reader. If it doesn't help, and you can't get the Nook app, you need to quit the book via your Review Team Page. Please make sure to select only formats you are able to read.

Please try to download it to your PC first, and then move it to your device.

Only USA citizens can subscribe to Kindle Unlimited. If you aren't one, you need to quit the book via the Update tab of your RT page, and change your Preferences accordingly.

I am trying to quit a review, as I didn’t agree to do it. The support topics only relate to whether or not I had downloaded/opened the book, there is no option to cancel the review altogether.
