Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

3. I've opened books of every format on my computer
4. I right click on the book, to which a menu opens up. I click on "view" and it opens a readable form.
5. It opens the book from its place of download. All I see is the cover page and description at the back. No other pages are displayed .
6.The error says "can't open file" when I tried to access it directly from the downloads.
7. I did read the "Top Tips and retried everything listed."
Please help me.

As explained in the first post, issues such as that need to be reported via your Update tab.

i have managed to open the book using calibre. thank you so much.

You should report it via your Update tab, then.

5. I was able to download the file, but the number of pages are wrong and also some pages are blurry. It is difficult to read the file.

You need the Nook App to open it. You can't open an epub format with a pdf program.

You can try to convert the file to pdf via the free Calibre App.
