I am attempting to post again, hoping for assistance.
1: Requested .epub, file came through as .php
2. No
3. Have searched the forum archives and tried any possible answer, but to no avail. The file is unreadable across all reader applications.

You should submit an error report and ask for another copy via the Update tab then.Jenwelling wrote: ↑21 Feb 2018, 18:16 This is my third attempt to get an answer...

I have a Kindle Paperwhite and after plugging it in, Calibre registers it immediately. You can then transfer eBooks onto your device (works with most devices) and Calibre automatically converts them to whichever format your reader uses.

2. I tried using my iPad to open it into the Nook app.
3. I have never used the Nook app before; I only downloaded it because I accidentally chose ePub rather than PDF.
4. In order to open the file, I chose the "click here to download the book now" option on your site. When it downloaded (in php format for some reason), iPad prompted me to choose which app to open the file in; Nook was not one of them, despite having downloaded it previously. I tried all of the apps listed, which naturally did not work, and then tried to add Nook to my list of possible apps, which could not be done. I opened the Nook app to see if I could download it from there, but I received an error message stating "download.php could not be sideloaded."
5. See answer to #4 for this answer.
6. See answer to #4 for this answer.
7. Yes, I read and tried all of the "Top Tips" to no avail.
