Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

To get help, you must answer ALL the numbered questions in the first post!

Once you have chosen a format, you can't get another. However, you can use the Calibre app to convert the file to PDF or any other format.

I applied to review the book a kingdom forgotten but it does not open in the epub format. How can I download the pdf since I have tried downloading it twice and the problem persisted.

I have just tried the eReader prestigio as directed but received an error message which was "unsupported or wrong book format"

Is it possible to change the book I have chosen, I have tried all combinations and even try get my librarian to open the book but he also failed the screen says the book is not supported or was damaged by an e-mail that was not correctly coded I want to change it please I have been trying to open it for to long. Please let me change the book

If you want another book, you should quit the one you got via the Update tab on your RT page.

The book file won't even pop up.
1. Mobi
2. iPhone 6

4. Just click the open file and starts to download.
5. Nothing is popping up no matter how many times I click it.
6. There's no error. Just nothing is happening.
7. I've tried the Kindle app.

5. The problem is in the file format not being supported by my phone. Have kindle app but it doesnt open an epub file.

7. Read the Top tips and they do not help as i already have the kindle app but it does not open an epub file. You should come up with the option to reselect the book format. It seems from the replies on this page thats mostly the issue. I just need to chose another file format that my kindle app supports. This whole process could be avoided just by making that option available.

kindle is not available in my country, cant there be a way of cancelling mobi and to select the work in pdf form?

4. After downloading the book, I open it and it usually opens automatically using WPS.
5. The problem starts as soon I try to open the book. I only run into trouble with this file but not other files of the same file type.

Kindle and nooks says epub is not available in my country.

Tried other epub such as UB, epub reader , to no avail.

I have not used epub before. I understand there are more books available on epub so I decided to try it.

No error message. No message at all

I did read and tried the top tips listed.

I will like to revert to PDF or select another book if this one is not available on PDF.

Kindly help me to download, the right to nominate book in epub format on my pc. I have successfully downloaded other books in this format.
I am unable to download because I'm being told that there is an error of invalid zip file, local header is damaged.
