Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

Good day, I'm struggling to download the app so that I can begin reading my review book. I'll continue trying.

Hi, I cannot open the book, error unable to find application to perform this action.
I am having windows 7, and nothing wants to work, I tried downloading the book on my phone, that too does not work.
I am getting error messages 'file not supported'

Can I get another book which is rather in pdf format?

Is it a must Iuse the apps stated above, I'm having a hard time navigating them...I use the readera app in my android phone and the freda app on my windows desktop...is is okay if I use them

5 I have finally downloaded a free app called Freda, that has successfully opened the book. Calibre wanted a fee, which I was not prepared to pay. I can now access the book.
