I needed an ebook reader app with the following features:
Opening most formats
Voice reading
Highlighting by colors
Taking notes on the pages
If you know any app like this please let me know :tiphat:

Google play books has all but one of these features above. You can take notes, highlight in 5 colors and even choose the accent you want with audio books. It's downside it that it accepts only PDF and epub files. Sometimes, even the PDFs are terrible because it messes up the formatting.
If you want a great epub experience, you can try it.

ReadEra is a good online book reader in my opinion.
