Does anyone get the E-book samples before the actual book?

I just about always download a sample first to see if I can get into the book. I hate spending money on a book that I wont read so the samples are a great idea

Yes, I do that pretty often. Like almost any book I purchase I would read the sample on my kindle before deciding on buying either the idle of the physical copy of the same.

only if there are no reviews, or if the reviews seems a little sketchy. Otherwise, nope.

Yes, reviews help a lot. There's no need to have so many samples and then take extra time to delete the ones I don't like.

there are some of the famous authors the particular title of the book that I have already read or heard about. In that case I wont be needing a sample to be read before purchasing the actual book. In other case I would always prefer reading the fee sample pages before I proceed buying the book.

I usually don't, but when the book is a bust I often wish I had. I mostly read from libby so I end up returning the book early if I don't like it.
