I really don't mind the format and can read the e-book and paperback on the same pace.

I read my kindle a lot faster then paperback. For me it is easier to hold, and I can prop it up without worry.

I definitely read e-books faster! I feel like I can fly through an e-book in a few hours, but a paperback will take me 1-2 days to read at least.

I read ebooks faster because for some reason I don't make as many notes on them. I have this weird habit of sticking post-it notes on my books as if I will ever go back to read those notes!

I can go much faster through eBooks if I'm using the scroll option, chapters seem to fly by that way. If I have to flip the next page then I'm actually faster with physical books.

Paperbacks. Simply because I can feel the thickness of the remaining portion getting slimmer as I pave my way through the book. Something is amazing about holding a book in your hands- that an e-book cannot provide!

Even though I love reading ebooks, I read paperback books very faster compared to the former.

Ebook is by far the faster option. You can just pull out your phone wherever you are, but I don't think I would carry around a full paperback with me at all times. With an ebook on my phone I can decide to read whenever, but with a physical copy I have to find time and space, I guess. Plus, you don't always want people staring at the book you are reading and you can't hide that with a paperback.

I feel like I read on ab ebook faster. I guess it's because with a real book you need to bend the pages, have proper light, gold the book with both hands... An ebook is so easy to hold and plus Kindle Paperwhite has its own light adjustment comfortable for a pleasant read.

I read paper books faster because it doesn't strain my eyes than an ebook that requires ne using an electronic device that might affect theeyes if used often

I read ebooks faster. I do not know why though, but my experiment showed that that is the case for me.

Reading from paper is 10–30% faster than reading from a screen, according to certain studies. But for me, reading from e-readers is faster than from actual books. That might be as a result of my decreased access to print books. I consume numerous free ebooks.

I read both the paperback and digital format at the same pace, also my reading speed is determined by my interest in the story.
