I use the google play book app most of the time. I only use kindle for the Amazon ebooks that some independent authors publish. I have nook on my phone as well, but I rarely use it unless I have a gift card to barnes and noble.

I have an Android and my favorite eReader app is Kindle. I much prefer hard copy books but I do have several on my phone for waits in the doctors office or travel or because they were free on Kindle but not printed.

Aldiko is the best one out there. You can read DRM protected books. You can change background and text colour and change the size of the text. It's the best one I've used.

I've recently tried using eReader Prestigio. It's free, light and has nice features. Do check it out!

Alreader. The interface comes with customization options, auto-scrolling, page turning animations, and various view modes for your comfort. It's much better than Kindle. There is no question about it.

I use Moonreader and it is cool. From the name to the features it is pretty good. Before this, I used to read books on adobe acrobat but it only supports pdf files well and therefore I switched to Moonreader.

For the longest time I used Aldiko for everything, but I recently found out about an app called Cool Reader. It is by far the best eReader app I've ever used. It's highly customizable and has a lot of cool features that you may not even realize you want until you've had them!

But I'm always on the lookout for something I might like more. So tell me, if you read eBooks on an Android device, what app do you use? And if you haven't checked out Cool Reader, please give it a try: I highly recommend it!

I too use a smart phone too.

Kindle and Kobo are my favorite apps for e-books. Google books is another one but it is not so popular like the rest two.

I absolutely love eBoox! I've tried a wide variety of e-book reader applications, but eBoox is simply the best for ME. I've yet to come across a type of file that it will not open!
