Any nutrition ebooks out there?

Post by BeDaring »

Hi :)

I'm a fitness enthusiast and trying to improve my knowledge on nutrition. I have looked on amazon and there are hundreds of ebooks out there on the subject. Do any of you have any good suggestions? I'm looking for something advanced that goes well with an intense gym training regime, which I'm currently following.

"Perfect Health Diet" by Paul Jaminet (#1,299 in Books lest *I* get banned!) is said to be the most comprehensive book on diet and it's just coming out with the expanded second edition. Also, you _might_ be over training if you consider your gym training regime to be "intense." But I don't know what you're trying to do in the gym. :)

Spark is a great inspirational and nutritional book. The best part is it's free! There's a whole website, support community, and fitness/nutritional tracker, and so much more that is associated with that book as well.

I have read Health Tips, Myths and Tricks by Morton Tavel. I think it is somehow a nutrition book also. Maybe this book can help you.
