Does anyone know an APP to grab e-book content?

Post by lighthearted »

Is there such a thing? Has anyone else wondered or wanted a way to "take notes" while e-book reading to compile later? If you can help me.. I'm non-fiction reader who likes to manage content from books just like I used to take notes.

Help?

For Droids I know there is a Kindle app and a Nook app which I assume function on your phone just as a Kindle or Nook which allow for highlighting and note-taking. I assume these apps are also available for tablets and the iPhone. What I don't know is this: I can upload my own books and files to my Nook and read them on there and take notes and all, but I do not know if you can do this on your phone or for instance upload your own copies of books or borrows from the library to your phone/tablet and then read them with these apps.

KooBits does this on the PC. Apple IBooks may be the one for a phone or IPad. You can load IBooks using ITunes.

Download free ereader Prestigio app on Google Play Store. It works great. There are lots of free books too. No subscription needed.

The kindle app lets you take notes and highlight different passages. I know Google play books does as well.

I do know that the kindle app allows you to make notes and highlight different words/sentences/passages while you read.
