I am unable to purchase the book through your site or through Amazon. You have sent me multiple request for an update and I have informed you about this issue. Yet to date you have not responded to this issue. How do you expect me to review something I have been unable to obtain.

The link asked me to download the obc reader, when I try to sign up it gives an error “sorry an unknown connection error occurred” it won’t create the account.Can I rather get the pdf until this connection issue is resolved?
